Starbucks Liquid Cane Sugar

This easy cane sugar syrup is made with just two ingredients and comes together in just 5 minutes! Using Turbinado sugar makes this rich sweetener perfect for coffee, cocktails, tea, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turbinado cane sugar
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

  • Place the Turbinado sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  • Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves. As the mixture comes to a boil, it may bubble up briefly.
  • Once the sugar dissolves, remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Notes

Store in an airtight container either at room temperature or refrigerated. Will keep for several weeks.
