This easy cane sugar syrup is made with just two ingredients and comes together in just 5 minutes! Using Turbinado sugar makes this rich sweetener perfect for coffee, cocktails, tea, and more!
Place the Turbinado sugar and water in a small saucepan.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and stir occasionally until the sugar dissolves. As the mixture comes to a boil, it may bubble up briefly.
Once the sugar dissolves, remove from heat and set aside to cool.
Notes
Store in an airtight container either at room temperature or refrigerated. Will keep for several weeks.
