ice enough to fill glass 8 ounces sparkling water 2 tablespoons flavored syrup 2 shots espresso 2 Tablespoons heavy cream
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Pour in the sparkling water, leaving room for the remaining ingredients.
Add the flavored syrup. Then top with espresso and a splash of cream.

You can use any flavored syrup that you would enjoy in your coffee. Or skip the syrup altogether if you want it bold or unsweetened.
