Ingredients

  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk not evaporated milk
  • ½ cup pure pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin purée, and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan.
  • Stir over low to medium heat.
  • Let it warm for about 5 minutes—just enough to heat through and bloom the spices.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Use to taste in your favorite coffee or espresso drinks! Start with 1–2 tablespoons and add more if you want a stronger pumpkin spice flavor.
