Ingredients

  • Ice enough to fill glass
  • 2 Tablespoons lavender syrup
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ¾ cup milk 2% or non-dairy alternative, such as oat milk

Instructions

  • Fill a 12–16 oz glass with ice.
  • Add lavender syrup to the glass.
  • Brew your espresso shots and pour them over the ice.
  • Top with cold milk and more ice if desired.

Notes

Use more milk (up to 1 cup) if you prefer a larger or lighter latte. This makes one 12 to 16 oz iced drink depending on your glass and ice. Adjust amount of syrup based on your preferences as well.
